Islamic Knowledge

Research helps enhance knowledge, and knowledge sparks creativity, which yields new ideas and innovations that drive economic growth. In this context, DIEDC collaborates with its stakeholders to develop the education infrastructure of the Islamic economy through establishing Islamic economy-focused centres within universities that offer undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, delivering training in specific Islamic economy sectors, and boosting relevant research capabilities in Dubai.

In addition, in line with Dubai’s goal to provide a global reference point for all Islamic economy-related matters, DIEDC has worked closely with its stakeholders to launch a comprehensive online portal, SalaamGateway. The first and largest portal of its kind features information and news on global Islamic economy affairs as well as up to date figures and statistics on the Islamic economy industry across markets.
